He – with an average of 12 years experience – works with you personally to help you set your goals as well as keep you accountable with regular check-ins so you can reach your goals smoothly. He trains a wide range of people who have different fitness goals like improving posture, general fitness, sports performance, muscle building and weight loss. He is well known for transforming bodies with his scientific and results oriented  safe and effective training programmes. His focus of training is not only to change an individual’s physical appearance, but also to bring fitness in one’s lifestyle. So, he is a combination of immense knowledge of  science behind exercise, extensive training experience and real passion for making the world healthier.

Fitness Nutrition  Specialist Programme (ACE – FNS)

He is well equipped with the knowledge to help his clients make healthier, long-lasting food choices through nutrition education and behavior change.

Exercise During And After Pregnancy: Understanding ACOG Guidelines

He is well learned about Pre and Post Natal training. He always asks for the Get Active Questionnaire for Pregnancy to prospective clients to determine the appropriateness of participation in an exercise routine.

Exercise mode, frequency, intensity and session duration is always decided according to ACE guidelines.

Boot Camp Level 1 and Level 2 instructor and Mentoring Course by SGT ken.

He is experienced in designing, developing and conducting both indoor and outdoor group fitness training as well as boot camp training.
